ID Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Group CEO: Masaki Funakoshi; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established a new company, ID AI Factory Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshitada Kurozumi; hereinafter referred to as "ID AI Factory"), on April 1, 2024. The new company will focus on the development, operation, and security of AI services, as well as providing consulting for AI utilization.
