Launches Enterprise-Specific AI Chat Service
「ID AI Concierge Pro Edition」 for Internal Information

This new edition builds on the "ID AI Concierge Lite Edition," which was launched on August 1, 2023, and utilizes Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service. The Pro Edition also supports internal information such as company regulations and various manuals.

「"ID AI Concierge Lite Edition" is an AI chat service for enterprises that can be accessed from anywhere.
This service allows for general conversations in a chat format, and the inputted conversation content is not reused as AI learning data, ensuring no risk of information leakage. Additionally, it features template functions to support tasks such as planning, translation, and minute-taking, enabling anyone to quickly and easily obtain effective answers from the AI.
「The Lite Edition is available at a simple monthly fixed fee, making it accessible even to customers who find it challenging to build their own systems.
■ About 「ID AI Concierge Pro Edition」
「ID AI Concierge Pro Edition」（includes all the features of the Lite Edition and additionally provides the capability to respond based on the customer's internal information (such as company regulations and various manuals). The Pro Edition is built on a dedicated server for each customer, ensuring that the internal information entrusted to us is not referenced by other companies, thus offering a highly secure service.
