IDS making Contribution to Society - The Waku-Waku Walkathon Challenge!
Today marks the first day for Information Development Singapore doing their part contributing to the society.
IDS participated a charity running event as well as a fundraising program.
1) The charity running event - Changi Run 2025 is organized by Changi General Hospital, Singapore.It has 4 Categories: Run, Walk, Cycle & Changi Run Families.
Registration Fees for the event will be donated to the either cause:
IDS formed 2 teams, total of 8 staff to participate for the walking event.
It's still a long way to meet our target, so wish us all the best in completing the challenge!
2) The Fundraising event - Relay For Life 2025: My Fight Back Challenge is organized by Singapore Cancer Society.
It is a Virtual Challenge that is up to the Team's creativity to setup their own. Since we already have the walking event, it is decided that we combine the 2 events and making Waku-Waku Walkathon as our Team's challenge in order to do our parts for the fundraising.
